CURTIN UNIVERSITY – SUB STATION
This job had its challenges due to it being a tight site, as it was surrounded by 2 & 3 story buildings. A 3m depth injection with the top 500mm having to be excavated prior to injection due to too much crushed limestone base in the area.
Our engineers designed a grout block coupe with the passing machinery and load bearing buildings that surrounded the area.
This was a good job and again we were working with soft ground and underground services were recorded, this was due lack of service records for this area.
Our low pressure grout pump and technician are trained to find and feel and unforeseen structures below the ground such as: leach drains, soakwells, water pipes, power cables, sewage run, tree roots & limestone or rock.
